Keep every file in this folder together.

Open LazySnek2.exe. The game connects automatically.
No network setup is needed in the game.

PLAY WITH A FRIEND
1. Choose Create a room.
2. Use Copy room code and send the six-character code to your friend.
3. Your friend opens the same game, enters the code, and chooses Join a friend.
4. Each player places their own signs, then both press Ready.

To try it alone, choose Practice both snakes. Tab switches your snake.
Ready each color separately before the run starts. Practice also works offline.

CONTROLS
1 / 2 / 3: left turn / right turn / wait sign
Left-click: place your sign. Right-click: return your sign.
Space: ready, unready, or pause.
Enter: confirm next puzzle after winning.
R: vote to reset the run, keeping both routes. U: vote to rewind one beat.
Reset, rewind, and next puzzle need both players' agreement.
Shift-click or middle-click: ping your partner.

Turns happen when the snake's head enters the sign. Left and right are
relative to its direction of travel. A wait sign pauses it for one beat.
Any part of a snake can hold plate A or B to open the matching gate on
the following beat. Bring both snakes into their own colored burrows.

This first prototype contains five puzzles. It has no saved progress,
accounts, voice chat, or persistent server sessions yet.
The original Lazy Snek and its artwork are credited to wladekpal and friends.
